This notice explains how InnEvo Limited uses personal information on the innevoplay.com website. The InnEvo Play app has its own privacy notice, which parents see and accept when they create an account.

Who we are

InnEvo Limited, a company in Jersey (Channel Islands), runs InnEvo Play and is responsible for your information (the "controller"). Contact us at help@innevoapp.com.

What we collect and why

• Waiting list: your email address, whether you are a parent, coach or other, and, if you choose, your country and number of children. We use it to tell you when InnEvo Play opens and to plan the launch. Legal basis: your consent.
• Club enquiries and contact messages: your name, email, club, country, number of players and your message. We use it to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, and taking steps before a contract with your club.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

The website forms are for adults only. Please do not send us information about a child through this website.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics tools. Your browser only remembers the language you choose, on your own device.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the website and send emails (such as our hosting and email providers), under contracts that protect it. Some of them may store data outside Jersey, the UK or the EU, for example in the United States; when that happens we use approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Waiting list details: until you unsubscribe, or at most 12 months after InnEvo Play opens. Enquiries and messages: up to 2 years, unless they lead to a contract with your club. Server logs: a few weeks.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link). Email help@innevoapp.com. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (jerseyoic.org) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
