Frequently asked questions
What age is InnEvo Play for?
Ages 5 to 18, in three age groups: U8 (5–8), U12 (9–12) and U18 (13–18). Every drill has three levels in each age group.
How long should my child play?
About ten minutes a day is enough. In the Parent area you set the daily time, from 10 to 30 minutes, or no limit.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. There are no ads, no chat and no contact with other players. Settings are protected by your parent PIN. We only ask for a first name or nickname and an age group for each child.
Which devices does it work on?
Any phone, tablet or computer with an up-to-date web browser. iPhone and Android apps are on the way.
Which languages are available?
English, Spanish, Romanian, French and Portuguese. You can switch at any time and the whole game changes straight away.
How much does it cost?
From $14.99 a month, or $59.99 a year with a 7-day free trial. The Family plan covers up to 4 children. See pricing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. On a free trial you won't be charged if you cancel before day 8. After that, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Does it replace training on the pitch?
No, it adds to it. InnEvo Play trains the decisions; the pitch trains the feet. Three stars in a drill unlock a real challenge to try at training.
Our club wants to use it. How do we start?
Send us a club enquiry with roughly how many players can join. We send you one code for the whole club to pass on to parents. The club pays nothing.
When does InnEvo Play open?
We're testing with pilot families and clubs right now. Join the waiting list and we'll email you as soon as it opens.
What are InnEvo and InnEvo Sports?
They are our sister apps, created by the same certified hypnotherapist. InnEvo offers personalised self-hypnosis and guided visualisation to help you navigate everyday anxiety, face fears and build confidence, with areas such as stress, sleep and self-belief (innevoapp.com). InnEvo Sports helps athletes train the mind behind their performance, with guided visualisation, breathing, relaxation and mental rehearsal; under-18s have parent-managed access (innevosports.com).
